Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Downgrade to the free plan or delete your account. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier.

Plan limits are enforced at publish time, not just at generation time. If you drop from Basic to Free with more than 7 posts scheduled for a given month, the publish cron will move the excess posts back to your drafts with a note explaining why. Nothing is deleted, you keep the content and can reschedule for a later month or upgrade to publish them now. This stops a user paying for one month, scheduling 90 posts, and getting 3 months of paid behaviour for £9.99.

If something breaks or the tool is not fit for purpose, email us and we'll refund the current month. For change-of-mind cancellations we honour the current billing period and do not renew. We don't issue refunds for users who paid, scheduled a batch of posts, and cancelled the same day, the plan-limit enforcement above keeps the system fair without needing case-by-case refund decisions.

Bring Your Own Key. Connect your own Anthropic API key on the Basic plan and the 100-generation monthly cap goes away. You pay Anthropic directly for usage on your key, we don't charge extra. Useful if you generate a lot of drafts or run multiple voice profiles.

No. Postbrander uses LinkedIn's official API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, the same surface used by Hootsuite and Buffer. We do not scrape, automate clicks, or do anything that violates LinkedIn's terms.

Not for using Postbrander itself, because we use the approved API. However, LinkedIn still applies its content policies, posts that violate LinkedIn's community standards can be removed or accounts actioned, the same as if you posted manually.

Company page publishing is coming soon. Today Postbrander publishes to personal LinkedIn profiles. The company page feature requires a separate LinkedIn API approval (Community Management API) which is in review. Once approved, Basic plan users will be able to publish to company pages they admin.

Three layers. We bake a 90-word banned list and 30+ banned sentence patterns into every generation, including negative parallelisms (the single biggest AI tell). We post-process every output to strip em dashes, dead transitions, and markdown the model snuck through. Every post gets a live Anti-AI score from 0 to 100, with one-click auto-fix that surgically rewrites sentences that tripped a rule. We also ban fabricated personal anecdotes ("three clients messaged me this week"), which is the most damaging AI tell because authors can't easily catch them before publishing.

One click on any draft runs a live web search against the post's core claim. Still accurate and timely? We auto-queue the post into your next slot. Framing dated ("Google just announced" when the announcement is three weeks old) or claim now wrong? We rewrite the post in your voice with the current context. Catches both factual errors and temporal-framing drift before LinkedIn sees them.

We use Anthropic's Claude models for all generation. Standard mode uses a fast model for quick drafts, Research and Premium modes use larger models with web search tooling.

Research mode performs live web searches before generating and feeds the model sourced material as context. Output posts are grounded in current data and can be traced back to real references instead of being made up.

Yes. On the Basic plan you can generate multi-slide LinkedIn carousels as PDFs, hook slide, body slides, closer, in under a minute.

In the EU, via Supabase. LinkedIn OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted at publish time. Your content is never used to train AI models.

You do. Generated content is yours, we make no claim on it and do not republish it anywhere else.

Yes. Settings → Delete Account wipes all your data, disconnects LinkedIn, and cancels any subscription immediately. GDPR-compliant.

Postbrander retries automatically with exponential backoff for 30 minutes. If it cannot publish, the post returns to your queue marked Failed with the LinkedIn error message. Nothing disappears silently.

Yes. Edit any scheduled post right up to the moment it publishes. You can also drag it to a different slot or cancel it entirely.
