Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Downgrade to the free plan or delete your account. Scheduled posts continue to publish until the end of your billing period.

If something breaks or the tool is not fit for purpose, email us and we'll refund the current month. For change-of-mind cancellations we honour the current billing period and do not renew.

Bring Your Own Key. Connect your own Anthropic API key to save £5/mo on any paid plan. You pay Anthropic directly for AI usage and Postbrander a lower software fee. Useful for heavy users and teams with existing Anthropic accounts.

No. Postbrander uses LinkedIn's official API with OAuth 2.0 authentication — the same surface used by Hootsuite and Buffer. We do not scrape, automate clicks, or do anything that violates LinkedIn's terms.

Not for using Postbrander itself, because we use the approved API. However, LinkedIn still applies its content policies — posts that violate LinkedIn's community standards can be removed or accounts actioned, the same as if you posted manually.

Yes on the Business plan. You must be an admin of the LinkedIn company page. Approve the additional OAuth permissions during connection.

We use Anthropic's Claude models for all generation. Standard mode uses a fast model for quick drafts, Research and Premium modes use larger models with web search tooling.

Research mode performs live web searches before generating and feeds the model sourced material as context. Output posts are grounded in current data and can be traced back to real references instead of being made up.

Yes. On Pro and Business plans you can generate multi-slide LinkedIn carousels as PDFs — hook slide, body slides, closer — in under a minute.

In the EU, via Supabase. LinkedIn OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted at publish time. Your content is never used to train AI models.

You do. Generated content is yours — we make no claim on it and do not republish it anywhere else.

Yes. Settings → Delete Account wipes all your data, disconnects LinkedIn, and cancels any subscription immediately. GDPR-compliant.

Postbrander retries automatically with exponential backoff for 30 minutes. If it cannot publish, the post returns to your queue marked Failed with the LinkedIn error message. Nothing disappears silently.
