Getting started with Postbrander

From signup to your first published post in under ten minutes. Here is the exact path.

The seven steps

    Create your account

    Sign up with email or LinkedIn at postbrander.com/signup. No card required for the free plan.

  2. 2

    Connect your LinkedIn account

    Go to Settings → Connections and click 'Connect LinkedIn'. Approve the OAuth permissions. This grants Postbrander the ability to publish posts on your behalf via the official LinkedIn API.

    Set up a voice profile

    In Settings → Voice Profiles, paste three to five example posts, set your tone, and list the topics you typically cover. This trains the AI to write in your style.

    Add topics to your topic bank

    Topics are the prompts the AI uses to generate drafts. Add five to ten recurring themes you want to post about.

    Generate your first post

    Click Generate, pick a topic or type a custom prompt, and choose a generation mode. Standard is fastest; Research grounds posts in live data.

  6. 6

    Review, edit, approve

    Read the draft. Edit anything that does not sound like you. Click Approve.

    Schedule or publish

    Either publish now or pick a time slot on the content calendar. Postbrander publishes on schedule through the official LinkedIn API.

What to do next

Once you have published your first post, set up a posting schedule — three to five slots a week is the sweet spot for LinkedIn. Use the batch generator on Sunday evening to queue a full week of posts in under 20 minutes.

After a couple of weeks, check the analytics dashboard. Your top-performing posts will feed the AI so future drafts lean in the direction of what works for your specific audience.
